Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked brown or white rice
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉
- Grease a 2-quart casserole
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the paprika and mix well.
- Pour into your greased casserole dish, sprinkle with paprika, then bake for 40-45 minutes.
