Equipment

  • Mortar and Pestle

Ingredients

  • 3 parts dried oregano
  • 2 parts dried marjoram
  • 2 parts dried thyme
  • 1 parts dried basil
  • 1 parts dried rosemary
  • 1 parts dried sage

Instructions

  • Measure out all your ingredients into a mortar and pestle, or spice grinder. Mix lightly, then transfer to an airtight container or use in your recipe.

Notes

This recipe can be scaled to whatever size you need, but I'd suggest not making more than you can use in the near future. This will keep your herbs as fresh as possible which makes a big difference in your recipes.
