3partsdried oregano
2partsdried marjoram
2partsdried thyme
1partsdried basil
1partsdried rosemary
1partsdried sage
Instructions
Measure out all your ingredients into a mortar and pestle, or spice grinder. Mix lightly, then transfer to an airtight container or use in your recipe.
Notes
This recipe can be scaled to whatever size you need, but I'd suggest not making more than you can use in the near future. This will keep your herbs as fresh as possible which makes a big difference in your recipes.
