Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked brown or white rice
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the paprika and mix well.
  • Pour into your greased casserole dish, sprinkle with paprika, then bake for 40-45 minutes.
